Prayer

Secular Discalced Carmelites pray the Divine Office and commit to 30 minutes of silent prayer daily.

Formation

Each month we study the writings of the Carmelite Saints such as St. Teresa of Jesus, St. John of the Cross, and St. Therese of the Child Jesus to gain a deeper understanding of our life and responsibilities as Carmelites in the world.

Virtue

We commit to live our lives in the spirit of Carmel: poverty, chastity, and obedience through the beatitudes.
